This is going to take place somewhere around season 4/5

After your most recent run-in with Lucifer you had found out he had a soft spot for you. While trying to fight him, instead of killing you he pinned you against a wall and just talked to you. Telling you he admired your spirit and that he wasn’t going to hurt you, he let you go saying he would see you soon.

After this, you and the boys had decided to try and distract your minds from the whole Lucifer apocalypse thing and go on a normal hunt, but unfortunately it didn’t go as planned.

While chasing down the monster, which ended up being a werewolf you had ended up alone in an alleyway with him. He charged at you, while you managed to stab it in the heart with a silver knife, successfully killing it, it had successfully clawed open your stomach.

Laying on the alley floor, you could hear Sam and Dean calling your name from somewhere far away but you couldn’t call out. Looking down at your abdomen all you see is blood pouring out.

Suddenly you heard a flutter of wings“Cas?” you manage to whisper out.

Seeing Lucifer crouch over you you try to struggle away “Ah ah ah y/n, stay still” he gently put his hand on your stomach. Groaning in pain he looked at you with sympathy.“My poor hunter” he stroked your face.

Trying to say something you ended up just spitting up blood. Your vision began swimming as you heard running coming closer. Sam and Dean had found you just in time to see Lucifer leaning over your body. They screamed your name as Lucifer took you away.

Waking up in a hotel room you turn your face to see Lucifer laying next to you, staring at you“I could get use to sleeping next to you, actually.”Jumping out of the bed you try to as far from him as possible.“You don’t have to be afraid of my y/n I would never hurt you, hence why I healed you after that mongrel hurt you” he pointed at you stomach.

Looking down you see he was right, he healed you. Looking up at him curiously“Why?”

“Because, out of all the humans I’ve ever met, you are the only one I like” he smiled slyly at you while walking closer“I’m not sure why, it made me angry at first, but I couldn’t stay away from you, hence why I put a brand on you.” he smiled at this confession.

“What?! What brand?!” you took a step towards him angry now.

“The first time we met, when I pinned you against that wall, I branded your soul so I could find you. You should be glad I did, after all I did save you from that shapeshifter wannabe.” he was standing right in front you you now.

“Take the brand off” if he could find you whenever he wanted, he could find Sam whenever he wanted.

“Hmmm, no. How will I know if you need help again?” he put on an innocent smile.

“You don’t care about me, you just want to know where Sam and Dean are. Now. take. it. Off” you were angry, you no longer cared if he would hurt you or not, you weren’t going to put Sam and Dean in danger.

“Aww, protecting them are we? I don’t want you branded to find them, if I did, I would have shown up already.” though it sounded like he was being truthful you still didn’t trust him.“Now, to show you I do care, I am going to send you back to that alleyway, so you can find your way back to the boys, and if you want, you can try and find away to remove that brand, but I’ll warn you, it’s tricky, and it will hurt. But if you succeed, I will just find you again. I don’t let go of things I want that easily y/n.”

Before you could respond he had grabbed your arm and took you back to the alleyway, making eye contact with him he smiles and leans into you, bringing his mouth close to your ear“Goodbye my little hunter” he whispers just as he disappears.

You look around seeing he werewolf body gone and the puddle of blood you left behind still visible. Taking out your phone you decide to call Dean to tell him you were okay. Thinking about the brand your mind goes to Cas, maybe he could take it off. Though you wouldn’t lie to yourself, part of you wanted to keep it, having the Devil on your shoulder might come in handy. But knowing it would put Sam and Dean in danger, your couldn’t risk it.
