Putnam Walmart has got to be one of the most clean, well organized and has nicer employees than other cities or states I have shopped at as I have been to a lot.The greetings you get when you enter the store, the helpfulness of clerks when you need assistance. The variety of in-stock items available as well as how clean the store is and shelves organized and maintained throughout the day and night.All Walmart stores need to visit this one and see how it operates and clean up their own stores.

They put all the single hot wheels on the top shelf where nobody can reach them. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Extremely dissatisfied...

It’s almost always an issue when I come here: from really unfriendly rude staff. To being followed around. I have trouble walking despite being in my 20’s and there weren’t any mobile cars so yesterday I sat in the cart to make it easier and the the team lead Colleen chased down the cart to tell me I couldn’t do that. I said okay and went to get out she decided to keep saying the same thing bending down to get in my face and then accused me of going in all the time doing that which wasn’t true. I had no issues following the rules my issue was with her HORRIBLE attitude and her inability to talk to people like they were people because we were treated like animals.Theres a way to talk to people and 99% of the staff here are clueless on how to interact to people like they’re people.

God forbid you go to the register to buy trading cards. The old lady who always seems to work on register 14 is the most miserable human being I have ever encountered in going to a Walmart. She should be fired the way she talks to customers. Lady you don't own walmart so stop trying. Never going there again rather drive 100 miles that step foot in there again.

I always have shopped here but, I was followed around by someone. I bought 3 things. He followed me through the store. Every aisle. I mentioned it to the cashier was told I'm sorry but it's his job. I'll spend more to go to Target to not feellikea criminal. It's not the first time that Putnam has been bad. Expired butter, I told them in December had an expiration of August. In February still on the shelve. Someone finally removed it. After I pulled it and told them again.
